Tube Sheet Cladding System

Dipl.-Ing. Ernst Kreiselmaier develops and patents the plastocor® thick layer tube sheet cladding system for the repair and protection of damaged tube sheets. Since then, plastocor® cladding has serviced more than 2000 plants worldwide.

80 1980

Tube Inlet & Outlet System

Richard H. Kreiselmaier extends plastocor® erosion/corrosion protection and repair systems to inlet and outlet areas of tubes.

86 1986

First International Licensee in USA & Canada

plastocor, Inc. becomes plastocor's first international licensee and has been pursuing the USA and Canadian markets ever since. Over 90% of the nuclear energy generating industry in the USA and Canada has been successfully serviced by plastocor, Inc.

95 1995

Tube Lining System I

First full-length plastocor® tube lining system for the protection and repair of tubes subject to corrosion, erosion and fouling is developed and patented.

01 2001

plastocor-international SA

After reorganisation of activities plastocor-international SA is founded. plastocor-international SA pursues markets and applications throughout the world extending its international business activity to over 50 countries.

03 2003

Arudra Engineers becomes Approved Applicator in India

Following the great success of the application of plastocor® Coating Systems in North America and Europe, plastocor-international SA extends its business to the Indian and South East Asian Area. Arudra Engineers is an Approved Applicator and Distributor of plastocor® Technology and has supplied plastocor® to the Indian market as well as to Vietnam, the Phillipines, Malaysia, Thailand and others.

05 2005

First Eastern European License Agreement with Ukraine

plastocor-international SA establishes its first Eastern European license agreement in the Ukraine and has been pursuing the tube lining business in the Ukrainian nuclear power generating market with great success ever since.

09 2009

plastocor-france S.A.S. is founded

Following the great success of the application of plastocor® coating systems in the French nuclear power generating market, plastocorfrance S.A.S. is founded to assist plastocor-international SA with site preparational work and quality control of subcontractors in France.

11 2011

certified CAS 1 by EDF

plastocor-international SA becomes a certified CAS 1 EDF NT 85-114 applicator by EDF, further recognition of our commitment to operating at the highest quality levels possible.

14 2014

Tube Lining System II

Constant development and improvement of the original plastocor® Tube Lining System I results in a new patented Tube Lining machine and system. On-site application of Tube Lining System on small calibre tubes is made faster and easier since its introduction.

Generation Change

After more than 50 years in the plastocor® business, Richard Kreiselmaier hands over the family business to his children. As a result, plastocor® business remains in the hands of the Kreiselmaier family, now proudly in its 3rd generation.
