Marketing & Communications Specialist (60%-80%)
As a Marketing & Communications Specialist, you work at the interface between marketing, administration and IT, with a particular focus on building and managing our digital communication channels. By staying closely connected to the pulse of our internationally-operating SME you provide communications support for construction sites, are responsible for branding and represent the company image both externally and internally. This exciting opportunity allows you to immerse yourself in the entrepreneurial environment of plastocor-international SA. Working on a small, dynamic team, you will have the freedom to gradually carve out your area of responsibility and collaborate closely with the commercial and operational staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement commercial communications aligned with our commercial and communications strategies.
- Build and manage digital communications channels to enhance our online presence.
- Optimize and manage contact / CRM database in line with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the implementation of Corporate Identity (CI) guidelines and support the further development of our branding including construction site and work apparel branding.
- Develop and manage marketing materials such as brochures, templates, promotional items and company films.
- Collaborate with external partners to create and manage our company websites.
- Organize international shows and manage the associated communications efforts.
- Foster internal communications and organize team events.
- Responsible for managing the communications budget effectively.
Your Profile:
- Proven successful professional experience in digital communications, ideally with a background in media, mediamathics or a related communications field.
- Proficiency in major social media platforms and web marketing tools, including web SEO, analytics, and online advertising.
- Strong communications skills with a keen sense of business relevance and an ability to convey technical information in technical-commercial language suitable for diverse audiences.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and French, with proficiency in additional languages being an asset.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing effective collaboration across regions and business units.
- Proactive and results-oriented, demonstrating a strong “can-do” attitude and a willingness to take ownership of projects.
- Possess event management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute successful international shows and related events.
- Flexible and adept at multitasking, adjusting to changing demands in a dynamic environment.
- Highly motivated team player who can provide practical solutions and prioritize tasks with multiple deadlines.
